Vote 18!

Want to get your high school and classmates involved in the political process? With much being made of the high youth turnout in the presidential primaries and the expected high turnout in November, it makes sense to begin teaching the voters of tomorrow how to cast their ballot. Vote 18 is an awesome civic education project that hopes to support young voters all over the United States to value their vote and to aid young people in getting engaged in the political process. Vote 18 uses an innovative and interactive game to teach the value of voting to high school students. The aim of Vote 18 is to inspire, motivate and engage young people to vote when they turn 18-years-old and to develop a lifelong voting habit. Vote 18 has events planned in 16 states this fall and aims to have programmes in all 50 states within three years. For more info, check out their website.
