Enacting Choice Voting

Implementing a choice voting requires citizens, legislators and election officials to be cognizant of differences between ranked ballot systems and typical plurality or winner-take-all systems. From improving local democracy to ensuring a more reflective City Council,  choice voting and proportional systems may bring positive changes to a community's election system and practices.
