Rhode Island Enacts FairVote-Backed Electoral Reforms
Rhode Island's state legislature on January 5 voted by overwhelming margins to override gubernatorial vetoes of measures establishing voter pre-registration for 16 and 17-year-olds and popular elections to fill all U.S. Senate vacancies.
