Daily, from now until the election, FairVote will be highlighting an important issue that unscores our national need for a Right to Vote amerndment to our Constitution.

Recently, the Justice Department released a brief asserting that states have the power to discard provisional ballots if they see fit, putting the votes of millions at risk. Only a Right to Vote amendment would assure the right of every citizen to cast a ballot on election day.
