Lunch Breaks and Snow Storms

Campaigning in the back of restaurant after restaurant in Las Vegas, Barack Obama got the answer multiple times. Something along the lines of: "I'd like to caucus for you, but it's on my lunch break."

Meanwhile, in South Carolina, a snow storm hurt the central part of the state and spared the coast. Almost certainly, the weather and the caucus timing affected which voters came out.

So what do you think? Should voters remain at the mercy of the weather, or be able to vote a week early during any old lunch break? Is a caucus with its two hour window fair to people with real life obligations, or should we make Election Day a Snow Day?
