On September 6, it provided information on a major victory for the rights of parties to present their candidates to the voters: a ruling by the 6th circuit in Libertarian Party v. Blackwell that struck down new Ohio procedures that kept minor party candidates from running with their party labels in 2002, 2004 and 2006. See: Ballot Access News.
